Lynda Morris (Born 1947) writer, curator, critic. Since 1980 has been the Curator at Norwich Gallery, Norwich School of Art & Design, establishing EASTinternational in 1991, this year working with Jeremy Deller and Dirk Snauwaert. She has written for Studio International, Art Press Paris, Art Monthly and Kunstforum. From 1976 to 1982 was Art Critic for The Listener. She organised the first UK exhibitions of Bernd & Hilla Becher, Agnes Martin (SNGMA) and Gerhard Richter. Recently she has written an essay for Making History Documentary Tradition in British Art for Tate Liverpool and is now working with Vienna Secession on their David Lamelas exhibition. |
